Recently, Reliance and Google unveiled the JioPhone Next, a low-cost Android smartphone designed specifically for the Indian market and retailing for INR 6,499. You can order the Next today, and we've recapped all the ways you can do so, including EMI plans that can lower the cost of the phone to INR 1,999.

Registering your interest on Reliance's official website with a valid email and mobile number is the first step to getting the JioPhone Next The official JioMart Digital Offers number “7018270182” can be used to reserve your JioPhone Next by sending ‘Hi'.

Once you've signed up, Reliance will send a one-time password to your phone, which you can use to get a JioPhone Next from a Reliance store or have it delivered to your home. For a limited period of time, Reliance is also offering free delivery.

For just INR 1,999, the JioPhone Next can be yours with monthly installment plans ranging from INR 300 to INR 600 per month and an INR 501 processing fee. A monthly allowance of 5GB of data and 100 minutes of talk time is included in the most affordable Always-on plan, which costs INR 300.

A 24-month subscription to the higher-end XXL plan costs INR 550, which gets you 2.5GB of data per day and unlimited voice calls.

Next-generation JioPhone Next features a 5.45-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 215 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable storage capacity. Android-optimized Pragati OS runs on this device. There is an 8MP camera on the front and a 13MP camera on the back. The 3,500 mAh battery can be charged via microUSB.
