Xiaomi is also Releasing the Redmi Watch 2

As of this morning, Redmi had confirmed that the Note 11 series would go on sale on that date. The Redmi Weibo account has also shared a teaser for the Redmi Watch 2, which is the follow-up to last year’s Redmi Watch and will be available on October 28th as well.

Even though the Watch 2 isn’t shown off fully in the teaser image, we do get a good look at its screen and newly repositioned side button, which is now on the right side of the watch’s casing, in the middle. The screen on the Watch 2 is likely to be larger than last year’s model’s 1.4-inch diagonal.

Well-known Redmi Watch 2 tipper Digital Chat Station also took to Weibo to share a few more details, this time showcasing the device in three different color schemes: Beige, Blue, and Black. As well as waterproofing, the Watch 2 is said to have a larger screen with on-device sports recording and health monitoring capabilities. According to reports, pricing will remain in the low to mid range.
