Realme Number series reaches 40 million sales

Despite the fact that the Realme 1 was released in the middle of 2018, it hasn’t even been four years. As part of its “Number” series, Realme has released over two dozen devices since then, and the company recently announced that it had sold 40 million units.

After the low-priced C series, according to Strategy Analytics, this is Realme’s second-most successful lineup. These two devices played a major role in the brand’s rapid rise to 100 million shipments worldwide.

Number Series Stats

Since 2018, the Number series has ranked fourth in total shipments among all “new-age smartphone families.” Oppo Reno, vivo iQOO and Realme C are behind it, but Samsung M and Xiaomi Poco devices are still ahead of it.

Realme 9 is likely to “continue this trend with an emphasis on 5G, camera features, standout display and value-based pricing,” according to Strategy Analytics’ analysis. It’s projected that the brand will grow even more in Western Europe, where 5G is now the norm.
