Netflix HDR-supported devices include the yet-to-be-released Nokia X100 and Nokia G300.

Even though HMD Global’s October 6 launch is reported to be for its new tablet, there are still a few new phones anticipated from the manufacturer prior to the year coming to an end. Netflix has confirmed the presence of the Nokia X100 and Nokia G300 as two of those devices.

The Nokia X100 and Nokia G300 have now been identified as Netflix HDR-capable handsets. The Nokia 8.3 5G, the Nokia G50, the Nokia XR20, the Nokia X10, and the Nokia X20 are also on the list.

A leak of the Nokia G300, which leaked a few days ago, showed off the design and specs of the device. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 5G CPU, which is also used in four other Nokia phones unveiled this year.

The Nokia G300 will sport a 6.57-inch HD+ LCD screen. The 8MP camera is housed in a waterdrop notch on the phone. There are three cameras on the back: a 16MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth camera. The housing for the cameras is designed like an oreo cookie. The phone will have a 64GB internal storage capacity that can be expanded, but it is expected to come in a variety of additional configurations as well. The battery is supposed to be 4470mAh, and fast charging is supported. Android 11 is likely to be installed out of the box.
