Moto Watch 100 Goes on sale for $99.99 with a Brand-new Moto OS and a Battery Life of Up to Two Weeks

Motorola has a new smartwatch on the market today, and it’s the Moto Watch 100 that leaked just a few days ago.. The Moto Watch 100, unlike the last Moto 360 branded watch that debuted in 2019, abandons Wear OS in favor of a completely new Moto OS. In the best case scenario, this “dramatically extends battery life” to two weeks. That’s a long way from what Wear OS is capable of providing right now.

There is only one case size available for the Moto Watch 100: 42mm. In the world of OLED displays on watches, it has a 1.3″ circular LCD display with an always-on mode – perhaps the LCD spec is incorrect? This watch comes with a heart rate monitor and a gyroscope and accelerometer in addition to 26 sports modes and SPO2 tracking.

Glacier Silver and Phantom Black color options are available for the aluminum case. The watch is water-resistant to 5ATM, and it has GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou capabilities as well as Bluetooth 5.0 support.. It takes one hour for the 355 mAh battery to go from 0% to 100%. The watch is 45.8g in weight and measures 42x46x11.9mm in diameter.

In order to pre-order one, you can do so at the official website, which is not Motorola’s, as the name is licensed for smartwatch use by eBuyNow, which is not affiliated with Motorola in any way (which also produced the 2019 Moto 360). Pre-orders will be shipped “by the 10th of December.”
