MIUI 13, built on Android 12, has been released in India for the Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge

Released in India in January with MIUI 12.5E based on Android 11, the Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge are now receiving the MIUI 13 update, which is based on Android 12. Xiaomi has not released a changelog for the update, but it is likely to include the same features as other Xiaomi smartphones that are also running Android 12 with MIUI 13.

Both the Xiaomi 11i and the 11i HyperCharge are identical phones, except the HyperCharge version has a larger battery and charges more quickly. The 11i’s battery has 5,160 mAh and can be charged at 67W, while the 11i HyperCharge’s cell has 4,500 mAh and can be charged at 120W. The 11i HyperCharge weighs in at 204g, which is three grams less than the 11i.

Both smartphones have a 6.67-inch 120Hz FullHD+ AMOLED display, a 108-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro unit on the back, but the other specifications are identical.

Both have 16 megapixel front-facing cameras for taking photos and making video chats, and fingerprint scanners are conveniently located on the phones’ sides.

Please be aware that the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is marketed under the name Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G in China, while the Indian version of the same name features a different set of hardware.
