Xiaomi Cares will Make Service and Support Easier and More Comfortable for Customers in India
India’s Xiaomi has introduced a new “care” program in a brief tweet this morning, although the company didn’t go into much detail. When it comes to caring, the tweet promises to take things “a notch higher, only for You,” as evidenced in the tweet below, which heavily emphasizes the terms “you” and “care.” The words “services streamlined” appear in the attached graphic, so it’s quite obvious what this is about – but there are no hard details to speak of thus far.

A few minutes after the tweet was sent, a Xiaomi official explained the company’s ambitions slightly more:
Further strengthening our commitment towards our Xiaomi fans and consumers, our upcoming solution called Xiaomi Cares will be a one stop solution for all service and support needs.
A company led, made in India initiative, ‘Xiaomi Cares’ is aimed at making the consumer’s support and service journey convenient and seamless.
