In December 2022, along with other brands such as the Xiaomi 13 Pro and the Xiaomi 13 Lite, the Xiaomi 13 was the flagship smartphone launched by the Xiaomi company. The device succeeds Xiaomi 12 and tries to rival the iPhone 14 and Samsung Galaxy S23. However, will it be able to separate itself well from the highly competitive realm of the upscale world? Let’s find out.

Design and display

The Xiaomi 13 has a sleek and elegant design that resembles the iPhone, with a flat-edged metal frame and a glass or leather back. It comes in three colors: black, white, and flora green. The black and white variants have a glass back, while the flora green variant has a leather back. The phone measures 160.8 x 75.6 x 8.1 mm and weighs 185 g (189 g for the leather version).
