On the 26th of October 2021, the Sony Xperia Pro-I smartphone was unveiled. The phone has a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 6.5-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 3,840×1,644 pixels. Xperia Pro-I from Sony has 12GB of memory. The Sony Xperia Pro-I is powered by a 4,500mAh non-removable battery and runs Android 11 on top of it. For imaging, Sony Xperia Pro-I has three 12-megapixel cameras: one primary camera (f/2.0), one secondary 12-megapixel camera (f/2.4), and one 12-megapixel front-facing camera (f/2.2). Phase detection autofocus is used for the camera's back camera. It has a single 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies. Autofocus is also available for the camera's front-facing lens.

It runs Android 11 and has an internal storage capacity of 512GB, which can be expanded using a microSD card (up to 1000GB). This dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) Sony Xperia Pro-I phone works with both Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
