The phone has 401 pixels per inch (ppi). The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G-powered Oppo K9s is a powerful smartphone. It has a total of 8/12GB of memory. The 5000mAh battery in the Oppo K9s powers Android 11 on this device. Fast charging is supported by the Oppo K9s.

The Oppo K9s has a triple camera configuration on the back, with a 64-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is autofocus on the camera on the back. It boasts a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture for selfies.

In terms of storage, the Oppo K9s comes with 128GB of internal storage and runs ColorOS 11.3 based on Android 11. The Oppo K9s allows Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards in its dual-SIM configuration.
