The Motorola Razr 3’s specifications have been leaked

When a Lenovo executive (Remember, Lenovo owns Motorola) announced last month that the business is in fact working on a successor to the original foldable Razr from 2019 and its 5G-capable sequel from 2020, it came as a pleasant surprise to Motorola fans.

Some of the alleged specifications for this next foldable have appeared online today. To begin, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which would be the first time a Motorola foldable gets a genuine flagship processor, since the first two incarnations were stuck with 7-series chips.

That’s a good place to start. It’s possible to get a phone with either 6, 8, or 12 GB of RAM, depending on the model you choose. Similarly, you’ll be able to choose between 128, 256, and 512GB of storage.

According to reports, the Razr 3 is also expected to have a foldable Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, as well as an external display with yet-unknown specifications. It is also expected to have NFC, UWB, and Android 12 pre-installed.

Unnamed sources in today’s leak claim that this device will be released “at the very least” in China, Europe, and North America. Expect to hear a lot more about it now that the floodgates have been unleashed.
