Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G gets Android 12 with One UI 4 update
It was a few days ago that Samsung’s Galaxy A52 mid-range phone started getting an update to Android 12 with the company’s One UI 4 on top of it. This was a big deal for one of Samsung’s best-selling phones, because it was able to try the new Android version so quickly after the other phones did. For most people, it takes a long time to go through this phase. This one only took a few short weeks (or less, depending on region and which flagship line you compare to).
In the last few months, Samsung has been updating a lot of its phones very quickly. Today, the Galaxy A52s 5G, one of the company’s best-selling phones with 5G, got the update to Android 12 and One UI 4.
The new build number for this phone is A528NKSS1BUL7, and it’s being sent out in Samsung’s home country of Korea. The December 2021 security patch level also comes with the update.
Of course, now that the ball has started rolling, there will be a wider spread of the game. If the update doesn’t reach other countries in a few days or even weeks, we’ll let you know as soon as it does. The most important thing to remember right now is that it’s on its way, and it may come sooner than you thought.
