Samsung Galaxy A50 is the Latest Phone to get October 2021 Android Security Patch
The October 2021 Android security patch was first released by Samsung a few days before the end of September, and the Korean giant is continuing to spread it out as the Galaxy A50 is the latest smartphone to receive the latest security patch.
The Galaxy A50 is Samsung’s first mid-range phone to receive the October 2021 security patch, as all other Samsung phones that received the October security update were flagships.
With a version number of A505GUBS9CUI3, Samsung has released a new firmware for the Galaxy A50 that does little more than raise the Android security patch level.
A small number of nations have already begun receiving the update; more are expected to follow soon.
